A garniture set finished in a dark bronze ground, worked over in black scrollwork and fine silver linework, closer to metal inlay than painted porcelain. The pattern repeats in dense, symmetrical bands across every piece, recalling the damascene tradition of fine metal thread worked into a darker base.

Gilt bronze mounts carry the classical vocabulary through the set: scrolled acanthus handles on the amphora-form vase, lion-ring pulls on the jardinière, winged figures perched atop the twin-handled urn. The tall ewer, its handle formed by a climbing gilt figure, stands apart as the most sculptural piece in the group.
