Total Delivery Time= Order Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time

Your order's total delivery time consists of three stages:

Order Processing Time (1 business day)

  • We verify and prepare your order for production.
  • Processing may take slightly longer during holidays.

Production Time

  • If your item is made-to-order or customized, production time will vary.
  • For pre-made items, this step is minimal.
  • Please check the product page for specific production timelines.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes

Tracking Updates

  • Due to longer shipping times, tracking details may not update for ~3 weeks .
  • This is normal—your order is safely in transit.
  • Once it clears customs, we'll email your tracking number.

Expedited Shipping Clarification

  • Expedited shipping refers only to the transit time (5-7 days).
  • Total delivery time still includes processing + production.

Special Delivery Locations

For delivery addresses in the U.S. such as airports, docks, ports, construction sites, container freight stations, markets, exhibitions, amusement parks, campsites, hotels, parks or resorts, churches or places of worship, country clubs or golf courses, zoos, farms or ranches, plantations, forest addresses, mines, Native American reservations, business centers, nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, government agencies, military bases/facilities, casinos, dormitories, schools or universities, non-standard equipment/self-storage locations, narrow roads, dirt roads, one-way streets, gas stations, and similar locations, a fee of $150 USD will be applied.

White-Glove Service

  • Available upon request for $300.

Address Changes

  • Free if requested while the order is still in transit.
  • After arrival, a $80–150 redelivery fee applies (within the same country).
  • We'll confirm the exact fee once you provide the new address.
