A sculpted white elephant sits at the front of each piece, trunk raised or lowered in a different pose across the set, set against a crackled ground painted with tropical palm fronds. Gilt bronze bee-form feet finish every base, a small recurring detail that ties the pieces together.

The set includes a rectangular tissue box, a round tissue box, a tall tumbler, and a wastebasket, each carrying the same elephant and palm motif at a different scale.
